Price list

 

The price of legal services in the Czech Republic is governed by the lawyer's tariff pursuant to Decree No. 177/2006 Coll. This decree stipulates the amount of the lawyer's remuneration for individual acts of legal service in the event that the lawyer and the client do not have an agreement on another method of remuneration (ie there is no agreed contractual remuneration).

 

 

A price that suits you

 

Our law firm is based on a transparent method of remuneration, where the client pays instead of high fees set by the lawyer's percentage as a percentage of the value of the case, only the actual time associated with the provided legal service. This method of remuneration is often more advantageous than other methods of remuneration resulting from the lawyer's tariff. If the client is interested, it is of course possible to arrange another method of determining the remuneration, such as remuneration in connection with the outcome of litigation, fixed remuneration (ie pre-agreed total remuneration for the entire activity) or remuneration based on legal services under the above decree.

Depending on the specific requirements for the provision of legal services, we will be happy to provide you with a non-binding estimate of the estimated costs and recommend the method of determining the remuneration that will be most suitable for you.

It pays off to use the services of a lawyer

 

Only if you are represented by a lawyer, in the event of a successful dispute, you are entitled to reimbursement of the costs of legal representation according to the lawyer's tariff, on the basis of which the costs for each act of the lawyer will be reimbursed by the other party. The unsuccessful counterparty must therefore reimburse you for the costs of the litigation in the amount set by the lawyer's tariff. In most cases, this amount exceeds the amount you pay us for legal services. In addition, the legal services provided by a lawyer are also insured in the event of possible damage caused by the lawyer's mistake.

 

 

Monthly fee

 

Are you looking for more legal services? In the case of a longer-term contractual relationship, we offer the option of a discounted monthly flat rate according to the number of agreed hours.

You do not have to pay additional costs for the provided legal services within the flat rate. This variant is especially suitable for corporate customers and can save significant costs.

PACKAGES

 

Extensive general legal support - CZK 19,000 / month

Does it need to secure and cover a wider range of legal issues related to the activities and operations of your company? This package for flat-rate representation of the client includes in particular legal advice and consulting activities in matters related to the client's business, drafting contracts, agreements and other documents for the client, assessment of contracts, agreements and other documents submitted by the client, drafting and assessment of employment, enforcement and enforcement receivables and other claims of the client in out-of-court proceedings, drafting of pre-litigation reminders in matters of payment of the client's receivables, representation in proceedings before the register court and in proceedings before a notary. The package includes regular monthly counseling for 10 hours . You take the lessons during personal consultations or by phone or email, according to your needs or preferences. If you do not exhaust or overdraw the agreed range, we will agree on how to proceed. By default, you do not lose unused hours, we will move them to the next month within one quarter.

 

 

 

 

HR department - qualified legal support - CZK 11,000 / month

Labor law issues sometimes seem trivial, but this is not always the case. We will advise on labor law issues and possibly and related facts, including specific cases that you may encounter regularly or even accidentally. From contracts with entities selling meal vouchers, through the provision of accommodation capacity for agency employees, the transfer of employees to another employer or the relocation of premises and employees to another location. The package includes regular monthly counseling for 6 hours . You take the lessons during personal consultations or by phone or email, according to your needs or preferences. If you do not exhaust or overdraw the agreed range, we will agree on how to proceed. By default, you do not lose unused hours, we will move them to the next month within one quarter.

The package includes regular monthly counseling (or a one-time consultation) for 5 hours . Creation of the company (establishment and its entry in the public register) - from CZK 6,000

Do you need a company (business corporation) for business or other activities? We will prepare and secure all documents necessary for its establishment and entry in the public register, especially the founding document, trade licenses, bank account, consent of the property owner for the location of the registered office and persons registered in the public register. You will only have to sign the relevant documents, or power of attorney for us to perform all necessary negotiations and actions
