Before founding a limited liability company, we will provide you with a legal assessment of whether the limited liability company is the right form of company at all, which is suitable for your business, or whether it is better to do business, for example, as a self-employed person. We will advise you on choosing the right trade and obtaining a trade license.

 

Our services include the preparation and provision of all documents necessary for the establishment and registration of the company in the Commercial Register (especially partnership agreements / charters, declarations of partners / statutory representatives, consent of the property owner to the registered office, opening a bank account, declaration of the deposit administrator on the composition of share capital , trade license facilities, application for registration of the company in the public list), securing a notary, as well as professional personal advice. We offer the establishment of business companies throughout the Czech Republic.

 

A simple society

 

If you have already decided to establish a limited liability company, we offer you a basic price for a so-called simple company of CZK 6,000 . This price includes

 

• power of attorney

• partnership agreement / charter

• statement of shareholders / statutory representatives

• consent of the property owner to the location of the registered office

• statement of the deposit manager on the composition of the share capital

• application for registration of a company in a public list

• securing a notary

This is a price for a so-called simple company, where the founding documents contain only the basic legal provisions pursuant to Act No. 90/2012 Coll., On Business Companies and Cooperatives (the Business Corporations Act).

 

In addition to this reward, the following are paid:

 

• a fee for a notarial deed on the establishment of a limited liability company in the amount of approximately CZK 4,000

• a fee for a notarial deed certifying facts entered in the public list in the amount of approximately CZK 1,000

• a fee for entry in the public register by a notary in the amount of approximately CZK 300

• Fees for copies of notarial deeds and for the journey of a notary in the amount of approximately CZK 1,000

• Trade license CZK 1,000

If you need a company with limited liability, with a more complex corporate structure, with a more detailed setting of rights and obligations of shareholders (shareholders agreement, exclusion of inheritance of shares, etc.), we invoice according to the number of hours actually spent preparing documents, according to the hourly rate.
